Ean Willis — Founder, TLO Web Designs
Ean Willis discovered his calling for web design in 2010, after a friend introduced him to building websites. His first three builds lit a spark — and he knew he'd found his craft.
By 2014–2015, Ean was consulting for Korthos Group, a San Francisco Bay Area digital marketing agency, where he spent several years sharpening his skills across web design and online marketing.
In 2016, after refreshing Korthos Group's brand identity, he was invited to the Affiliate Summit's international gathering at the legendary Whisky a Go Go — where he met one of the summit's CEOs and produced a marketing video for that year's Player's Ball.
That momentum led Ean to launch The Lounge Online Marketing. When the venture didn't grow the way he envisioned, he regrouped and founded TLO Web Designs in 2023 — the studio he runs today. Since then, he has delivered work for city officials and top attorneys across the Chicagoland area, building websites and digital systems that help local businesses compete and win online.
